General Maintenance Worker - Montreal, Day

Tasks details:

• Perform painting work;
• Repair or modify gypsum walls, plaster walls, woodwork and perform some carpentry work;
• Provide maintenance of the building, furniture, preventive maintenance of equipment and locations, as well as non-specialized repairs;
• Read the building plans and refer to them to carry out various works;
• Perform exterior maintenance work such as cleaning, landscaping, repair of grounds, etc.

Requirements:

• High school diploma;
• DEP in building maintenance (or any relevant experience);
• 5 years and more of experience in building maintenance;
• Advanced skills in plaster, carpentry, painting, electrical and basic plumbing;
• Basic computer skills;
• Knowledge of French and English (written and spoken).
