• As a recruitment and talent acquisition specialist, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Maintain business relationships with clients, take on new mandates and occasionally visit work sites
• Search for, approach and meet potential candidates and establish their profiles
• Identify new tips or strategies to maximize recruitment results
• Based on the criteria provided by the client, ensure the right match and present the profiles identified
• Schedule interviews between clients and candidates and follow up with both parties
• Participate in the preparation and agreement process when a candidate is hired
• Ensure that files are continuously complete and up to date
• Conduct client prospecting
