Métier Plus is a recruitment and personnel management firm specialized in technical trades, based in Montreal.
A family story
In 1993, Sylvain Pelletier, an electrical engineer by training, founded Métier Plus with a simple idea: to meet a very real market need by giving companies access to a qualified technical workforce adapted to their needs.
Thanks to his field knowledge and passion for the technical trades, Métier Plus quickly grew and soon supported major companies with their workforce challenges.
A few years later, the story continued as a family affair. His daughter, Roxane, grew up with Métier Plus and gradually took over the reins of the company, officially becoming its owner in 2021. Today, she continues the adventure with the same passion: understanding market needs, connecting the right people to the right opportunities and growing a deeply human company.
