You will diagnose, repair and maintain a variety of appliances while optimizing your service calls and communicating effectively with customers. • Perform repairs, installations and preventive maintenance on a variety of household appliances, such as refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, ovens, etc.
• Diagnose technical issues, develop repair plans and resolve breakdowns efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service by clearly explaining completed repairs and answering customers’ questions.
• Manage time and travel efficiently to optimize routes and meet repair deadlines.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of parts and tools used, and ensure their proper upkeep.
• Collaborate with the internal team to share knowledge and improve technical skills

• Previous experience repairing household appliances or working in a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of household appliance operating principles and troubleshooting procedures.
• Diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly and courteously.
• Good level of English
• Valid driver’s licence
• Basic set of tools
