• Ensure the proper operation of and perform maintenance on the site's installations, mechanical systems and equipment
• Troubleshoot issues, carry out repairs and create preventive maintenance plans
• Participate in improvement, modification and optimization projects
• Work closely with various departments and external specialized partners

• Hold training in building maintenance, electromechanics or a relevant field, combined with at least 3 years of experience in building maintenance
• Demonstrated strong electrical skills and a good understanding of control systems
• Have solid knowledge of general maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, hydraulic and HVAC systems, etc.
• Resourcefulness, versatility, autonomy, proactivity, thoroughness, reliability, analytical skills and a strong ability to find solutions
