General Industrial Maintenance Labourer

The territories to be covered are: Rouyn-Noranda and surrounding areas | Lévis and surrounding areas

Please note that you must be comfortable working at heights or in confined/enclosed spaces (the required training is provided).

• Take charge of general industrial maintenance on a daily basis in a variety of environments (heavy industrial settings, confined spaces, controlled-material handling, etc.).
• Perform complete and thorough cleaning of infrastructure, floors and production areas using appropriate equipment (industrial vacuum systems, heavy machinery, etc.).
• Manage and respond immediately to emergency situations (production incidents, equipment breakdowns, spills).
• Carry out cleaning and restoration operations following a disaster (water damage, fire damage, various contaminations, etc.).
• Maintain workplace safety by cleaning and removing deposits, dust and potentially hazardous products.

• Experience in roles requiring continuous physical effort, endurance and rigour in sometimes complex environments.
• Practical experience in general maintenance or housekeeping.
• Hold a valid Class 5 driver's licence and have access to a vehicle for transportation.
• Communicate verbally in French with ease.
• Demonstrate professionalism, maintain a respectful attitude and exercise discretion at all times.
• Demonstrate autonomy, organizational skills, attention to detail, proactivity and productivity.
• Make workplace safety a central part of your daily priorities.
• Must have obtained permanent residency or Canadian citizenship / Open work permits expiring in 2028 are accepted.
