Project Manager

Our client is a company specializing in the construction of new roofs as well as the renovation of commercial, industrial, and institutional roofs. The Project Manager is responsible for the complete management of commercial roofing projects, from opening the file through to project closeout. They coordinate between the office, job site, clients, professionals, and subcontractors to deliver projects in accordance with schedules, budgets, and contractual requirements.

• Plan project start-ups and coordinate information with the various stakeholders.
• Prepare purchase orders and provide administrative follow-up for projects.
• Coordinate work with the Production Director, Superintendent, and subcontractors
• Monitor work progress, extras, credits, and change directives.
• Prepare payment applications and monitor work progress.
• Coordinate warranty requests as well as project closeout documents.
• Ensure the administrative closeout of projects through to final billing.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and professionals.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements.

• Knowledge of the roofing industry.
• Experience in construction project management.
• Strong ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Proficiency with computer tools.
• Positive leadership and the ability to mobilize teams.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
