Project Manager

The division specializing in heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) carries out major projects for prestigious clients. Reporting to the specialized HVAC division, the HVAC Project Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination and overall management of HVAC projects, from the bidding stage through to full delivery on site.

You will play a key role within an established team by applying your technical expertise to manage a variety of projects (valued from a few thousand to several hundred thousand dollars), ensuring rigorous monitoring of costs and schedules, and guaranteeing the satisfaction of clients and partners.

• Plan, coordinate and supervise the execution of HVAC projects from start to finish.
• Analyze project files, prepare bids and estimate the cost of the work.
• Manage project finances (monitoring budgets, profitability and direct costs).
• Establish and control project schedules.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of suppliers, subcontractors and field teams.
• Maintain fluid and professional communication with clients, professionals (engineers, architects) and site managers.
• Monitor the quality of the work and ensure strict compliance with plans, specifications, industry standards, and health and safety requirements.
• Conduct occasional site visits as needed to validate the progress of the work.

• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in the HVAC sector (air conditioning, ventilation and heating).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently.
• Proven skills in estimating, bid preparation and budget management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and client relationship skills.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt in the field.
