Job description
We are looking for a Tooling Designer to join a dynamic team in a manufacturing environment. This key role involves designing, modifying and updating tooling drawings based on Methods requirements.

Key responsibilities
- Design, modify and update tooling drawings in accordance with Methods requirements.
- Collaborate with various departments to test and validate fixtures.
- Ensure smooth communication and effective collaboration with stakeholders, suppliers and customers.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues related to tooling design and manufacturing.
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of design processes.
Skills and qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer focus.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and meet tight deadlines.
- Professionalism, rigour, quality orientation and an innovative mindset.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations is an asset.
- Demonstrated leadership and strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with advanced manufacturing methods (aerospace assembly, composites, machining, 3D printing, and tooling for aircraft-part manufacturing).
Education / Training: University degree
Years of experience: 3 to 5 years
